TideApp App Reviews

102 add

Nice, but

1. Does not work properly on my 3GS, gets confused (tabbing and page switching) 2. Does not respect my time format, I get always confused with these AM/PM prefixes Besides that a useful helper.

Now not only for USA

an international version would be appreciated and now the update added germany. Thanx. How about Mallorca / Spain? Please!

top for free

if possible offline function would be great

Im Ansatz schon sehr gut

Im Ansatz schon sehr gut. Was fehlt: 24h Zeitformat und Datumswahl/Eingabe. Nice App. Just missing 24h timeformat in Graph plus ability to Enter a Date freely

Only Works For USA Tides!

So which American state is Canada part of? You have 50 choices.

USA only, does not locate

Use the other free tide app, tides, it is intl. And locates you automatically.

still not done

No Nova Scotia data - highest tides in the world!

Poor Canadian support

Not very much in here for Canada....Would be great if I could add locations to it

Search function please

Thank you for this free app. A search function would be useful.

Updated version has Canada and favourites

Really nice app Nice to see the developer listens and updates!

What about Canada eh!

Good but it always crashes for no reason and hello the highest tides in the world are in Canada

Really nice application - one suggestion

Simple, well presented One request for change, however. The various provinces of Canada are lsited as countries, while Canada is not. This is an easy to fix mistake in classification. I really love this application

Where is Nova Scotia?

I agree with Blomingdon guy. Where is Nova Scotia? Home to the worlds highest tides in the Bay of Fundy. Please add this province that is called Canadas Ocean Playground.

My place

Can you add miramichi, NB to the NB list? This would be a great tool to use for work if I could get either miramichi locations tide info. Thanks

It’s OK..., BUT

The data base is still way too small. There are precious few tide places for British Columbia, and as far as I can tell, no current info for the many rapids that need to be navigated. The gold standard for a tide app got to be TideTools for the PalmOS. Cheers, Klaus

V2.7 is broken.

V2.7 displays black screen and eventually closes, even after reboot.

Pretty good app

Just widget version, it works pretty good as here in Vancouver. However there still room for improvments such as a poilshed GUI and an option to save location, or use GPS location will be very nice too.

Broken

V2.7 gives a black screen, nothing else. I agree with others, need to add the Bay of Fundy.

Broken!!

Installed v2.7 and got the black screen of death! Fortunately I could go back to v2.6. Poor pre-release testing is disappointing.

Used to work

A nice black screen, until it times out and returns you to the iPhone main menu. Broken. One wonders why this was released as it simply doesnt work.
